Reading additional books helps to strengthen your foundation!

Challenge yourself to build a reading bridge by reading a book you normally wouldn’t choose

  • Read a book about a character who doesn’t look like you or who lives in another part of the world!
  • Read a book about a topic that you know little about. Explore space, architecture or history!
  • Check out a book in a format that you don’t usually use. It can be a graphic novel, a book in verse, an audio book or an ebook.

For each additional challenge book read, receive a drawing ticket for a chance to win an autographed book! One ticket per book per patron, limit three. Drawing will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017.
