How do you know if your bank or credit union is financially stable? Did you pick the best life insurance policy or property insurance company? Are you getting the best deal on your medigap insurance? Which mutual fund will give you the best return? Which stocks are the best to choose for your situation?
These questions and more can be answered by visiting the Orland Park Public Library website and logging on to the Financial Ratings Series database with a patron library card barcode. Financial Ratings Series Online gives patrons accurate, independent ratings and financial planning tools they need to make informed decisions about insurance, banking and investment options.
This database replaced the previous financial planning database the library had offered, Morningstar Independent Investment Research. Financial Rating Series Online combines the strength of Weiss Ratings and The Street Ratings to offer library patrons’ one reliable source for independent ratings and financial planning tools at no cost to Orland Park Public Library cardholders.
Financial Ratings Series Online is designed to direct patrons toward safe banking and insurance options and strong investments while helping patrons avoid unnecessary risk that could lead to financial losses.
